Private decking with furniture plus shared access to large lawned area with BBQ and access to paddock to exercise dog. One well-behaved dog welcome (to be kept on lead at all times due to chickens). Sorry, no smoking. Village shop 3 mins walk, restaurant 1 minwalk, pubs and restaurants 1 mile. Note Maximum 2 adults + 2 children under age of 12 ( including infants). Note: 1 mile walk to Saundersfoot on road with no pavement. Note: Cottage next to an A road with associated traffic noise.
